Eligible projects must have completed their major civil engineering works* between 1st March 2022 and 1st April 2025.
Evaluation Criteria:
Projects will be assessed based on the following key aspects:
- Exemplary Safety Performance: Demonstrating a strong commitment to worker safety through comprehensive safety records, including Lost Time Injury Frequency Rates (LTIFR) and other industry benchmarks.
- Innovative Design and Construction: Showcasing pioneering engineering solutions and technological advancements that push the boundaries of underground construction.
- Sustainability Integration: Implementing environmentally responsible practices, resource efficiency, and sustainable construction methodologies.
- Strategic Construction Management: Effective planning, execution, and risk mitigation strategies that ensured timely project completion within the defined schedule.
- Cost Optimization: Development and implementation of cost-saving measures without compromising quality, safety, or performance.
- Client Satisfaction: Demonstrated fulfillment of project owner expectations regarding quality, efficiency, and overall project outcomes.
